Independent app guide

Routines that
walk you through it.

Routinery breaks a routine into small steps and runs each step on its own timer. The point is not another plan on paper — it is being guided through the one you already have.

Free to download, with in-app purchases. Both buttons open the official store listings.

Stepwise Guide is an independent guide. It is not Routinery Corp., and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by it.

Planning is the easy part

Most plans fail at the moment you have to start.

Routinery is built around execution rather than scheduling: you pick a routine, press play, and the app moves through it with you.

01

Start from a routine

Both listings describe ready-made routines you can adopt instead of building one from a blank page.

03

Keep the streak

A daily checklist, streak counting and reminders are what carry the routine to the next day.

What “step by step on a timer” actually feels like.

Pick an example and play it. This runs in your browser at accelerated speed, so a whole routine takes seconds instead of an hour.

  • No sign-up and no card
  • Nothing is sent anywhere
  • Replay it as often as you like
This preview was built by Stepwise Guide to illustrate the step-by-step format. It is not the Routinery app, it is not a recording of it, and the example steps below are our own.

Straight from the listings

What each store listing actually states.

The two listings are written differently, so a feature on one is not automatically on the other. This guide keeps them apart instead of merging them into one promise.

Stated on both
  • A routine is broken into small steps and walked through one at a time
  • Every step runs on its own timer
  • Reminders nudge you back on track
  • A daily checklist with streak tracking
  • Ready-made routines to start from
  • Free to download, with in-app purchases
Stated on the App Store
  • Voice alerts (TTS) and push notifications to guide each task hands-free
  • Timer with pause, skip, auto-next, time adjustment and white noise
  • Pause, skip, adjust time or add tasks mid-routine
  • A customisable timer screen
  • Daily, weekly and monthly habit tracker with completion analytics
  • Routines scheduled by day of the week and time of day
  • A checklist widget for the home screen
  • A plant badge that grows with your streaks
  • Works on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch
Stated on Google Play
  • Pomodoro-style routines that keep sessions short and manageable
  • Named starter routines: morning, night wind-down, focus Pomodoro, workout, self care, daily reset, school day
The Google Play description is shorter than Apple's. That is a difference in marketing copy — absence here is not proof a feature is missing.
What this guide will not tell you

Neither listing states which features are free and which need a paid plan, what a trial includes, or whether data syncs between devices. Where a listing is silent, this guide stays silent too.

Plain language

An independent guide, and it says so.

Stepwise Guide is not Routinery. This page is written by a third party, it links to the official store listings, and it carries no rating, download count or award that we cannot show you the source for.

Good questions

Before you install.

Short answers, and an honest “not stated” where the listings do not say.

Is this the official Routinery website?

No. Stepwise Guide is an independent guide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Routinery Corp. The buttons on this page open the official App Store and Google Play listings, which are the authoritative source.

Is the app free?

Both stores list it as free to download with in-app purchases. This guide does not publish prices: the listings show several overlapping plans, and the current price for a new user is shown in the store itself.

What language is the app in?

The App Store listing gives English as the app's language. This guide is translated into several languages, but that does not change the app's own interface.

Does it work the same on iPhone and Android?

Not necessarily. The App Store listing describes features the Google Play listing does not mention, such as voice guidance and a home screen widget. Check the listing for your own platform before deciding.

Is this a medical or therapeutic tool?

No. It is a productivity app for structuring routines. It is not a medical device, not a treatment, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Who do I contact about the app itself?

The App Store listing publishes hello@routinery.app as the developer's support address. Stepwise Guide cannot answer for the app, its billing or its account handling.
